Energy Conservation: We kindly ask you to turn off all lights and appliances before leaving the apartment to help reduce emissions and support environmental sustainability.

Windows and Garden Access: Please make sure to close all windows, the garden door, and blinds before heading out. Any damages caused by neglecting this responsibility may be charged to the guest.

Washing Machine Use: To ensure proper functioning, we kindly ask you to avoid overloading the washing machine.

Bathroom Ventilation: After showering, please leave the bathroom door open to allow ventilation and prevent moisture buildup.

Towel Care: Please hang your towels to dry to minimize humidity. We kindly ask you not to leave wet towels on the floor.

Shower Drain Maintenance: Please keep the hair filter in the shower in place. If a significant amount of hair accumulates during your stay, we kindly ask you to clean the filter to maintain proper drainage.

Toilet Use: Please flush only toilet paper down the toilet. For all other items, we kindly ask you to use the bin provided. Guests will be responsible for any repair costs if improper disposal causes a clog.

Garbage Disposal: If the garbage becomes full during your stay, we kindly ask you to dispose of it in the large bin near the mailboxes in the hallway.

Respect for the Property: Please treat the apartment with care and respect, as this is a home, not a hotel. We kindly ask you to leave the space clean and tidy upon departure.

Prompt Communication: If you encounter any issues during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address them promptly and ensure your comfort.

Accidents Happen: We completely understand that accidents can occur. If anything gets damaged, please inform us so we can handle it quickly and minimize any inconvenience.

Noise Policy: We kindly ask you to keep noise levels reasonable. Please note that excessive noise leading to police intervention will result in immediate departure without a refund.

Key Return: Please return the keys according to the check-out instructions. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Fire Safety: For your safety and the safety of others, we kindly ask you not to use candles, open flames, or the oven in the living room during your stay.
